Environment: It's a semi underground event featuring a range of music styles in a lush setting with a 15k quality sound system. Well if you really want to avoid the rush and the people and get into some underground alternative route dance party for new years, then maybe you want to have a look at the Psychedelic Retirement Village. Now in it's fourth year running, the Psychedelic Retirement Village usually attarcts around 200-250 people, "mostly misfits and feral hippy types :-)"
The vibe, the whole vibe and nothing but the vibe. Pure...deep...inspiring...non-commercial. Epic sound system in bush setting with lightshow. Awesome swimming hole. Safe, secure and very friendly environment. All welcome
Music: Psychedelic Trance, Dubstep, Funk, Dub, Chill/Ambient and much more, Top lineup of international and local dj's TBA
Facilities: Because of the lower number of people, it's much more relaxed but facilities are few, bring what you need to survive. There isn't much so it's recommended for experienced (Outdoor Styles) users only, do not try this at home! Portaloos supplied, water is the river so bottled water could help.
Other Info: it's chilled out, not widely advertised so if you're looking to avoid the masses, even the smaller masses, then you know where to go. Is this what they call the underground dance party scene?
