Environment: Peregrine winery is surrounded by the harsh but breathtaking landscapes of Central Otago. In the Gibston Valley, the winery experiences hot days and cool night during summer. The building itself is a well known and hard to ignore feature of the valley.
Other Info: It's a winery so there is plenty of wine available, it's also in the middle of summer in Central Otago so there is plenty of sun and dry air available to dehydrate you very quick, just watch it!!
