Music Lineup: Katchafire, Rhombus, Opensouls, Mad Professor, dDub, Knights of the Dub Table. On the decks Dub Asylum, Julian Dyne, DJ Automatic, Isaac Aesili & Koa Williams.
Environment: Surrounded by New Zealand native bush, Music Mountain Matakana is a purpose build outdoor music venue high in the Whangaripo Hills of Matakana.
Facilities: The Punga Bar and Kauri Kitchen provide food and beverages to a standard much higher then your average music festival with snack, meal and dessert options. MMM has its own on-site currency. MMM Funny Money will be available for purchase at the Clowde Nyne cottage (to the right of the bar and kitchen). Cash, eftpos and credit cards are accepted. The funny money coupons can be exchanged for any products from the Punga Bar and Kauri Kitchen. Each coupon has a value of $6.00 and is non-refundable. Therefore, all items will be sold in multiples of $6.00. One beer, RTD or glass of wine etc, regardless of brand, is one coupon. One meal is one coupon or two coupons for the Deluxe serving. The essential and life preserving water will be offered at the rate of two 600ml bottles per coupon. MMM is confident that this pricing structure and system offers extremely good value and better service to guests.
Accommodation: There are many B&B's, motels, lodges and camp grounds in the district that would love to have ya all come and stay! Thanks to the generosity of neighbours, a limited number of free camp sites have become available. To reserve a space for the 30th of January only, MMM will need from you: name, Ticket Number & number of campers, please get in contact with them directly.
Other: Sensible footwear and clothing is recommended. At an altitude of 1200 feet it can get cool after dark. Sun screens and hats are a good idea as is a torch. No Gazebos will be permitted as they interfere with the view of other concert goers. The water from the taps at the ladies and gents is offered as a convenience for washing, it is rain water from our tanks. Guests may fill their bottles if they choose, no responsibility is taken by MMM. Bottled water will be available from the bar. First aid will be situated next to the Ladies toilets.
